If you are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/blog\/2013-11-02-hack-housing-get-paid-live-free\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\">house hacking<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/blog\/2013-04-09-how-to-buy-a-small-multifamily-property\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\">buying a small multifamily property<\/a>, you <em>can<\/em> use a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/blog\/2013-11-02-hack-housing-get-paid-live-freehttps:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/blog\/conventional-mortgage-loans\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\">conventional loan<\/a>.
