That could be you just aren\u2019t meeting enough people.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">You&#8217;re not asking around. You&#8217;re not asking people to partner up or having those conversations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">You are not bringing the right skill set to the table.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Number three is the most important reason you&#8217;re not finding partners. In other words, you&#8217;re hoping to show up to the partnership without the right stuff. And you&#8217;re showing up and you have an amazing deal and you have deal flow coming in because you&#8217;re doing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/blog\/2013-05-03-driving-for-dollars-bible-part-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">driving for dollars<\/a> every week or you\u2019re direct mail marketing. Plus, you are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/blog\/2010-06-30-introduction-to-real-estate-analysis-investing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">analyzing deals<\/a> like crazy, and you are really, really, really good at that.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">And you&#8217;re fired up and you\u2019ve got good tracking and you know what you&#8217;re talking about. You know how to have a conversation on the phone with somebody. You&#8217;ve met with all the banks in your area. And there are a million people out there who would love to partner with someone like you, because you bring the rarest and most valuable skill there is in real estate. And that is deal-finding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">That is the rare skill right now: deal-finding. You will find a partner. A partner isn\u2019t hard to find. You just needed to work on your deal-finding skills and all the other skills that don&#8217;t require money, if you\u2019re lacking money.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Now, if you&#8217;ve got a ton of money just sitting around, I can guarantee you that you will find a partner. Why? <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Because there&#8217;s a lot of people who don&#8217;t have that skill of having money or that talent of having money. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">So if you don&#8217;t have a partner, it means you don&#8217;t have anything, you&#8217;re not bringing anything.
