Once you\u2019ve dialed in your filters, like absentee owners with 40%+ equity in a specific ZIP code, you can save that search. Next time? Just click your saved filter, and boom: REsimpli pulls up the latest list without having to retype a thing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Even better, it won\u2019t pull in duplicate records.
