When you find a good property and fail to act upon your information, you are bound to regret it, or so it seems.  I for one can think of many times when I failed to act, and I probably regret 90% of those situations.  Many of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biggerpockets.com\/forums\" target=\"_blank\">forum<\/a> members have come to the same realization.<\/p>\n<p>The lesson here is that you can always convince yourself not to do something.  It is those people who convince themselves to take a risk and go for it that prosper and have the least regrets.
