You may be familiar with this pair, as <a href=\"\/renewsblog\/author\/mattfaircloth\/\" target=\"_blank\">they are both<\/a> <a href=\"\/renewsblog\/author\/elizabethfaircloth\/\" target=\"_blank\">regular blog writers<\/a> and have been featured on <a href=\"\/renewsblog\/2014\/09\/18\/spouse-financials-088\/\" target=\"_blank\">the BiggerPockets Podcast<\/a>. Today, they&#8217;re involved in a number of intriguing projects,\u00a0including <strong>apartment buildings, from-the-ground-up construction, and revitalization of historic spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They run a\u00a0regionally specific investment fund, committed to the area around the Transit Center in Trenton, NJ. This fund has several projects in development and more properties under contract.<\/li>\n<li>One of the projects includes a 7-unit almost under contract<em> [update: it&#8217;s under contract]<\/em>, as well as\u00a0a gut rehab of a mixed use building.<\/li>\n<li>They are also working with partner\u00a0Clinton Lofts\u00a0to build\u00a0on a vacant piece of land close to the train station, and when it is complete, it will be a 22-unit apartment building.
