It&#8217;s vital to the success of your flip that you learn to communicate with contractors and keep control of the job.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n<strong>Related:<\/strong> <a href=\"\/renewsblog\/how-to-find-a-good-contractor\/\" target=\"_blank\">4 Reasons You\u2019ll Never Find a Good Contractor (Insight From an Investor\/Contractor)<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In order to stay organized and keep your flip on track, you&#8217;ll want to consider implementing the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a detailed scope of work for contractors so they know what they need to do and how to do it.<\/li>\n<li>Create a system for contractors to relay issues back to you and set a workflow in place. I use <a href=\"https:\/\/buildertrend.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Buildertrend<\/a> for my job sites.<\/li>\n<li>Seek out contractors who know how to get things done and manage the quality of the job themselves.
