Shady Drive Wallingford Rehab Update [VIDEO]

This property was a foreclosure that we are in the process of rehabbing. The goal for us is to finish the rehab and put this on the market by mid April.

So far we have cleaned up the yard, removed an underground oil tank, and finished the demo work inside the property. We recently closed up an outside area that used to be a screened in porch to create some much needed square footage. We are also beginning the electrical and plumbing work.

We put a walkthrough video together to showcase what we have done so far and where we are going. In the video, our rehab expert, Jeff, explains what we've been up to and what we are planning on working on.
