REI Book Reading Guide

The first step in becoming successful at any venture is education, especially when that something involves putting at risk thousands of your hard earned dollars. Unfortunately, when it comes to real estate investing, education can seem pretty overwhelming at first. Given the hundreds of book and thousands of articles out there, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Luckily for you, I am an education addict and have read my way through over a hundred books on the real estate investing alone. I am writing this article to provide an easy to follow progression for your education so that you don't end up finding yourself halfway through a college level commercial real estate finance book before you even know what NOI or IRR stand for.
