Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 34

I am a bit tardy on posting about our progress of late.  This is for good reason with the 1002 South Center raise in flight.  We are about to fully subscribe that in 10 working days that straddled two weekends where activity is generally kind of dead.  That works out to $36.5k/day which bests our $26k/day or so for 1122 Linden earlier this year.  This is a function of a number of things:

1.  The portals are stronger and more reliable now

2.  The portals have more investors

3.  We have a better system through our CRM to put the word out to our list

I plan to do my first debt raise with iFunding on 1124 Linden to attempt to bypass the banks entirely without sitting behind a preferred like we are on 1122 Linden.  We are in the diligence period with iFunding on that right now.  We'll probably make a run at crowdfunding the debt for 1002 South Center too if 1122 Linden is successful.  

Over the last few weeks we also made a lot of progress with our SOW with GroundBreaker along with agreements to white label our own solution.  I expect to have something skeletal for this set up in July that I can hopefully pair with a co-invested and co-syndicated raise with a portal.  The estimated development time is 2-4 weeks for this.

Our Fundrise network is now up to 171 investors with $10.62M to invest notionally.  Of late we're actually getting more investors through our own site and word of mouth than we are from Fundrise.  After we start broadcasting our deal flow to our lists of hundreds of thousands of folks (incrementally....of course) I am hoping to have 30 investors/day at our steady state point.  My short-term goal is 5/day.  This should help to steady off access to capital on our side and allow investors to invest across more deals to diversify some.  With share prices at $5k it really makes things a lot easier for both sides.
