Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 53

We're running A/B split tests on email campaigns to see what pulls best for advertising our Overbrook deal.  We have learned a lot doing our first deal and there are still many site defects and items to clean up.  We should get good movement on cleaning all of that up over the next month or so.

We're in the process of forming a new portal for Texas intrastate offerings that we're likely to call TexShares.  We registered the domain name last weekend and we'll be meeting with The State Securities Commission and others in mid January to figure out all of the nuances of setting it up.

Today we also have a call with our new partner who is a securities attorney to form the agreements for both Inner 10 Capital and TexShares.  Things are at the term sheet stage right now and we'll be doing work on this for the next month or so.  We also have good movement on agreements for taking third parties into our portal and I expect to have a lot of this done in the next few weeks.

Our CRM rules for migrating investors between states will be done in the next few weeks too.  The next step will be implementing different campaigns around each state to try to move investors to the next state and ultimately convert leads to investors.  We're also in discussions with other portals about partnering with them in some sort.  It is interesting to see how the portals see themselves as competitors instead of collaborating to grow together.  Hopefully we'll find some good partnerships here, but if we don't I'm confident we'll grow find on our own.

I have another call today to work through trying to bring money in from China too.  A lot is going on, but we are trying to keep our focus on critical path items.  I expect for both of these new companies to grow tremendously in 2015.
