I bought, remodeled and resold my first home at the age of 20. I purchased a number of other properties shortly thereafter for both remodel/resell and also rental purposes and it became apparent right then and there that I, Travis Senenfelder had an interest in Real Estate. Maybe I liked the personal portfolio growth potential. It could have been that I loved the art of finding and negotiating a deal. Maybe it was the love of working with architects, contractors, landscapers and interior decorators – designing and defining the look and feel of the home or project. Either way, what ever that reason may be, Investing in Real Estate and helping others build their real estate portfolio has become my career choice.

The events of our recent economic depression did not cause me to shy away from this career choice as most agents have. I am and have always been a full time, full service realtor. This economic downturn opened my eyes to more opportunities and my clients and I have simply dug in deeper investing in even more.

Whether you are a first time home buyer, family looking to upgrade, individual looking to downsize or avid investor there is not a transaction type in which I have not been a part of both personally and representativly. I have subdivided large acreages, split up lakeshore parcels into multiple lots and even worked on 1031 exchanges. I am well versed in short sales, estate sales, court ordered sales.
