Welcome and Come Back Often

Hello,

Yes, it's true, I've been working with computers since the earlier '80s.  My first computer was an Apple II, then I purchased a Radio Shack TRS-80.  For those who remember these systems, you probably will not need the information on this blog.  But if you are an old-timer like myself, please contribute your expertise, it will be welcomed.

As investors, time and money is paramount.

  1. If you are the Do It Yourself type, but lack computer skills, this blog is for you.
  2. If you need a quick easy tip or shortcut you can use on your marketing materials, this blog is for you.
  3. If you like the idea of FREE information that you can really use, this blog is for you.
  4. If you are looking for a free computer program that others may charge hundreds of dollars for, then this blog is NOT for you.  Seriously, this is a blog about quick and easy shortcuts to assist you in your business.

If you are worried that I might lose you with a lot of geeky computerese, no problem.  I also work part time as a computer instructor at a local college.  And all my past jobs since the '80s have been in end-user support or teaching positions.  I have learned to break down computerese into everyday English, anyone can understand.

Just like the rest of you, I'm very business building my investing business.  However, I will do my best to post useful and timely computer shortcuts as often as possible.

I hope you enjoy this blog.

  7. I remember using CPM on an old Kaypro computer. If I remember write I was using it to run Wordstar. Around the same time we had IBM XPs running on MS-DOS floppies. I remember being so excited when the IBM AT came out.
