This book has been added to my list of favorite, useful, real-life real estate investing books!
Weese's down-to-earth tone and experiences are easy to understand for a beginner like me.
A definite MUST READ!

Thanks for reviewing this one. I just picked it up last night, and enjoyed the read. I've got a HUGE library of real estate books, and still learned a variety of new ideas from this one. It is not every day that we are able to pick the brain of someone who has this kind of longevity or has completed so many deals. And Mr Weese is right here on BiggerPockets, too!
