The Time is Near

I've been feeling like this forever. Like I'm going to get back into flipping houses soon, and now I think I can say that the time is near, for reals this time.

For those of you who may be curious of who I am, let me see... Well if I take a look at my first blog post in 2012, it appears that I am a spastic, annoying, anarchist. This blog is entitled "Fix and Flip for the "Poor" Person". Yet, soon, I will no longer be poor (on welfare, making <$5k year, blah, blah, blah). Let me tell you about where this started, where I'm at now, and where I'm going:

The original idea was that I will be this young poor guy (in terms of income), with $12k saved up in the bank, just going for it. Putting all my saved cash into a project and see what happens. If you browse my posts I've went as far as putting out contracts for houses. Well, as none of my contracts were not being accepted, the thought crossed my mind that I should get more settled financially before I risk all my cash. Therefore, I put off flipping and went to Nursing school (which was incredibly hard), and now I'm an RN. That brings us to the present.

I'm currently still in school (which is just nuts to me, but education is awesome!), but recently I've gotten a job as an RN and now that I have gotten employment, I will be getting back to my dream of flipping houses. I will also for the first time in 6 or 7 years, NOT be attending school. School will be on hiatus for 1 year, the year of 2016. I will now be only focusing on Real Estate and my job as an RN in 2016. I will be finishing school this Fall semester, and then say hello to my new en devour.
