Nashville Real Estate Is Getting Results!

Steve Jolly, owner of FastRealEstateMarketing.com and NashvilleRealEstateNow.com, shared exciting news on the recent trends in the Nashville Real Estate Market. While summer months are generally the most active time, the last two months in Nashville have been the best the area has seen since the market crash.

For potential buyers, the time to act is now. In the last month, interest rates have risen a full percentage point. This increase leads to an 11 percent decrease in buying power for the consumer.
