Website

I created an investors page on my website to keep track of deals I've done for buy and hold properties.  I did this for a few reasons:

a) To prove that there really ARE good properties that exceed the "2% rule".  There have been posts on here how people don't believe these type of properties exist (like the Tooth Fairy I suppose -- oh, wait, did I just say that?)

b) To show the quality of homes that I purchase and my investment strategy with buying low, fixing them up, and renting them out.

c) The types of rehab work needed on these properties.

d) The monthly rents that can be had.

I recently updated the page by adding some before and after pictures on some rehab work that was done.  I've mentioned this is a prior blog post, but I'm really bad at taking before and after pictures.  So I'm also kind of using this too as a "kick in the butt" to get better at doing it.

  1. Thanks for the feedback!

  2. Nice! Enjoyed the page :-). Having never even heard of the 2% rule before BP, it would be hard for me to assess my SFH in the same way but good for you.
