ACTION!
-Met most of the Alpine Investment team. Spoke with Lincoln quite a bit about estimating repairs on projects. Met Doug Dale who is another big investor locally. Learned about FiveTen investments and some of the other big private equity funds in town.

AFTERTHOUGHTS: I'm excited to have met such a great group of real estate investors in Indiana this weekend. The ethics of these people are so solid and admirable that it inspires me to do what I need to do so that I can surround myself with this group.

Over the weekend I've decided to start taking steps forward with marketing to find deals. LET'S DO IT!
