Called a Couple of Bandit Signs

-Networking: I want to speak with five REI that I've seen bandit signs posted for by Wednesday evening I was able to call two bandit signs.

-Marketing: I will put together a marketing plan by this Sunday

-Networking: Called two bandit signs I saw over the weekend
RESULTS:
-Deal: I spoke with a new wholesaler who has only been marketing for a month. He has a property under contract and offered to split the GP if I can find a buyer for the property.
-Contact: One of the bandit signs I called a week ago sent me an email with the specs on houses they are interested in buying

AFTERTHOUGHTS:
I'm disappointed today because I wasn't able to complete my goal in calling at least five bandit signs I saw in Indianapolis, Indiana. My time has been required elsewhere for both lunch and after work every day this week so it's been difficult to find any time without taking time away from other responsibilities.

But you know what... I could have called while I was in the car. /smack

There is a REIA meeting this evening. I'm going to attend unless something comes out of nowhere. My sister is still in town from LA, but I think she is leaving this morning so this afternoon should be open.
