AFTERTHOUGHTS:
I feel pretty good about my marketing efforts yesterday. My third lead had come in from a woman who's husband had just passed away and she wanted to get rid of their home.

She said she live around 71st and Keystone which sparked my interest because it's in a very popular buying area, but the phone number she gave me was disconnected!!! And I haven't got a return call from the number I she called me on and I left a message.

Option #3, put signs all around 71st and Keystone =)

The signs I put out are around 14ft high on telephone poles throughout the area. Needless to say, I won't be taking them down.

This is the second marketing campaign that I've posted signs and will leave them throughout the week!

Today is Sunday, I will be posting my new goals in tomorrow's post.

I've got a list of things to do sitting beside me, but I think my focus needs to be on marketing. I can't land a deal if I'm not getting leads!

I think I'll be buying 100 signs this time and posting them up in three neighborhoods in Indianapolis.
