Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Everyone!

People who explicitly make resolutions are 10 times more likely to attain their goals than people who don’t explicitly make resolutions

Let's take that one step further & write down really specific goals for this year!

Let's set SMART goals and hit everyone of them!

Specific

Measurable

Attainable

Realistic

Time frame (has a deadline)

Let's make 2014 our best year yet!

  1. Made in the shade...I like that. Haha Yes, I will let you know! Lamar

  2. Holy Moly - if you've got a team, then you're made in the shade. Please give me an update after it goes down.

  3. Thanks for the advice Al. We have a pretty solid plan and I'm sure we will knock it out of the park. My team is amazing. Lamar

  4. Cool. The one I host in Sacramento is based on a mastermind concept. I invite everyone to bring one burning question that they want answered. Personally, if I can get one question answered from my target market in 1.5 hours then it's a win. We also use Eventbrite.com to manage tickets and collect $4 to $10 to cover food and miscellaneous. Over the years, I've found that throwing "free" events to be a waste of time. So I strongly encourage you to have a cover charge and tickets. Give your event a little razzle dazzle. Make it sustainable. Come on - clock is ticking.

  5. Nice Al. Great goal! One of mine: I will start a fun, real estate networking meetup and have the first meeting before the end of Feburary 2014. Boom. Time to make it happen!

  6. Ok Brah, Here's my goal. I'm going to leverage my BiggerPockets family to figure out how to create $200 per month of auxiliary income before the end of 2014. Let's hear you goal Lamar.
