Changing Lives

To start with, I want to change the life of my immediate family, my wife, my daughter and myself. Our son is living on his own, so the affects of our investments will kind of have a trickle down effect on him. I apologize if my use of affects/effects is not correct. That being said, I also want to help everyone around me. I have mentioned things about RE investing to people at work, and to some of my friends and neighbors. I even suggested "think and grow rich", on youtube, to my boss, my mom, and another colleague at work. Thanks to the podcasts. I have several younger people that I have worked w/ that would "someday" like to buy a house, that with any luck, maybe I can sell one to them. Hopefully in a win/win situation, maybe some seller financing or...........
