This crazy and exciting world of Real Estate Investing

I am truly excited to be involved in Real Estate Investing. It is extremely satisfying to be able to help other people solve their financial problems while growing my own business.

It's been somewhat of a slow start as we've been ramping up the business. It takes time to set up the business structure, establish our power team and find properties and funding. But all of the pieces are finally falling into place.

One word of caution - when a guru tells you that you can easily enter this business with no money, please understand that it will take a bit of your own money in order to do it right. The market is currently very competitive in this neck of the woods, so you will need to do some marketing and set up some back-end business systems to make your business viable.
