Are Jumbo Lenders really in the business of Lending ?

Private Banking products: It is interesting to see these blogs and linkedin groups that talk about jumbo loans but seemingly filter any discussion about private banking, as if its not a lending source, when in fact its the only lending source for high net worth borrower and super jumbo loans.
