First BP Meetup in Roanoke/Salem Va, a Huge Success!

We held our first BP Meetup in SW Virginia this past Thursday night at Applebees in Salem. In attendance was:

@Mark Brogan, @Ed Toomey, @Matt Clark, @Scott Terry-Cabbler, @Bashir Elliott, @Amos Shenk, Rachel Willoughby, Waid Willoughby, and Spanky. We had a great discussion about future meetings, creative financing, rehab projects and possible group deals. We plan on meeting once a month and this author is looking forward to the next meetup with great anticipation. We are searching for a better venue, one in which we can eat and sit at a round table for better group discussion. If you missed the meeting, email me and I'll continue to include you in email bursts.
