  2. Typically college students rent by the room. You can get $400 to $500 per room. A duplex with 3 bedrooms per side will bring in minimum $2400 per month in my area! Especially if they are in walking distance of the college. The problem is trying to find properties that are selling at a realistic price! Chris


  3. I agree what college kid can even afford 4-6K a month? And your video link takes me to a username and password page so I have no clue what that is all about and if you think I'm joining a membership site just to see some video you're nuts.


  4. Who will rent a unit for 2000.00 or more a month while they are in college? Even if they did, what are the expenses which average 50% or rent over time? This fact would mean that the student housing is actually renting for 4-6K each and every month! I believe your figures are way off here and I do not need to attend a seminar to know this!
