Double The Profit or Trouble

My husband recently finished our first flip/rehab in Sept 2015 and made about $10K. We are now under contract on two properties each SFH. One to close 11/9 and the other to close 12/1. We are excited but nervous to have to properties at the same time. Our goal for the next 1 year is to complete 6 flips.  We are using a hard money lender, Bridgewell Capital. So far the experience has been pleasant but we have not yet closed on the first property yet. They only require 10% down of the total (purchase+rehab) + fees and a interested rate of 12.99%.

  1. I'm currently working a deal with Bridgewell Capital. Did everything work out?


    1. We just closed on out second rehab using Bridgewell Capital. It was very easy. No issues. We have not started the rehab so I can not speak to the process of drawing funds yet. I will keep you updated.
