Having a real estate investor website that actually runs your business is necessary to increase efficiency and close more deals.

Whenever possible, if you can employ a website that actively seeks and attracts more business for you, you end up closing more deals and making more profits.

Today we'll look at important elements that must form successful marketing for your website.  Otherwise your website would lack that extra push that delivers more deals to you.

1)    Search Engine Optimization

Search engine optimization (SEO) is meant to put your website in a favorable position in the search results.

When people are looking to buy or sell their houses, or even looking for other services, they start their search on the internet.  If your website is among the first that they find, then it actively attracts more business for you.

This means that when you buy your website, it must be delivered already fully optimized for search engines.
A web page with relevant content needs to have the page title and description matching the content.

So  for the website to attract business for you, it must allow full control of

i)    Meta tags - this includes the title, description and keywords for each page
ii)    Content - you must control all the content without limitations.  It is also necessary to be able to create new pages freely. This allows you  to customize your website as you need.

Back links:
Websites that have a  lot of back links are considered more popular by the search engines and are therefore ranked higher.

Recently, it has become more and more important to monitor the back links to your website.  Google webmaster tools now has tools for you to control this process.

When hiring SEO companies, you must make sure they understand how to build your back links more carefully so you don't end up being penalized instead of rising in search results.

2)    Social media
Almost everyone today is links to social media.  You must get a website that is integrated with social media  such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Twitter and others.

People end up recommending your website and properties to more people. This means you sell your properties faster, attract more motivated sellers and more business in general.

3)    Speaking models
You must capture the attention of a website visitor within 20 seconds or you lose them for ever.

A speaking model on your website commands instant attention and dramatically increases conversion  - you better make sure you do not miss this crucial element on your website.

4)    Squeeze pages
Squeeze pages or landing pages  are extremely critical to successful marketing on the internet. A squeeze page promises a helpful gift, such as an E-book, in exchange for contact information.

This means they join your mailing list before they can receive the E-book, and you can market to them multiple times as is necessary to convert them to closed deals.

5)    Autoresponders
Wouldn't you love  your website attracting leads automatically and following up with them to convert them to close deals?

Automation capability is extremely important in today's marketing.  Your website must come fully equipped with pre-loaded marketing messages for different types of leads, such as motivated sellers, house buyers, potential private money investors and so on.

You must of course be able to create your own messages as you wish without limitations.

6)    Buyers lists
A buyers list is crucial for you to sell properties fast.  Your website must have pre-built buyers lists, and the  capability to allow potential buyers to join your buyers list as they view the properties you have for sale.

In order to close more deals while spending less time, money and effort, you must have a website that is fully equipped with numerous features, designs and adaptability to run a successful real estate investing business. 1. this is a very important topic

Invest in your virtual real estate also

  2. Good SEO always starts on your website. The website has to be built from the ground up with good on-page optimization. This means that each page tells the same story to people as it does to the search engines both in the content and on the meta tags. There are numerous intricate elements that together rank a website better than its competition.

For example if you built good back links to a website that has poor on-page SEO, the results are not likely to be that great.

In fact your website can rank quite well even you have few or no back links as long as the website itself is well optimized - especially when you target a specific geographical location where you invest. That why our websites at RealEstateInvestingWebsites.com focus on a particular target market.

Any extra SEO efforts makes it easy to enhance your visibility in your local market where you do business.

  3. I have read a few of your articles now and they have all helped.

One aspect of website building that stands out for me is the importance of the Meta Tags relative to SEO. This is not something that I knew about/thought was important, but now that you have presented it, it makes sense.

    Thanks, Chris
