My goals for the future

Hi Everyone,

My name is Eric and I'm 26 years old. I have a beautiful Fiancé and we have 4 children together. We live in the Plattsburgh NY area. I have been laid off from my Rail Car Assembly job for about 6 months now and my funds are just about gone with unemployment running out and bills that keep coming in.

Im looking to begin wholesaling after I get comfortable knowledge wise. My goal would be to wholesale enough houses to build up enough cash o I am abled to purchase buy & hold Properties. Once I am abled to do this I plan on Renting out the properties to establish long term cash flow. I would love to be abled to support my family working for myself, not having to report to someone else and earning the same paycheck every week. Wouldn't we all?

As of right now I am waiting to hear back from NYSDOC as I am starting a new career. In the meantime, I am doing all the research and reading I can to get comfortable enough to take action and start closing a few deals.
