Offline marketing is still so powerful when it comes to real estate investing. People in our space react to mailings, bandit signs and most importantly meeting you face to face. They want to do business with someone that have a relationship with and can comfortably interact with.
Direct mailers, business cards, meetup groups, networking events, etc, are all so important and it’s crucial to make sure you are doing them all. Be repetitive with your marketing efforts because a deal can’t be made unless you are in front of a potential buyer, seller or lender at the right time, when they have a need and are ready to work with you.
The goal of all offline marketing efforts is to build a relationship, collect the prospects information and create follow up strategies to stay in front of them on a regular basis.
