September 25, 2016:  Today marks my second anniversary as a dedicated real estate investor.  It's hard to believe it has been that long.  In the last 24 months, I'm proud to report I've had 43 deals under contract, I closed, sold or assigned 32 of those deals, 6 are still pending and 5 didn't make it out of contract for various reasons.  Memphis is really a great market.
