A Whole New Year....

It's a brand new year and there are soooo many things I want to get to doing in building this business. It always seems like things are moving too fast and too slow at the same time. I know a lot of people that work in different parts of the industry and like to side hustle, but none of them can commit to too much at one time because they have a lot of demands on their time. I had the idea of setting up a shared folder called Project Exchange. In here I would create folders for each of the projects I feel I need to do for the business, but haven't had time to get to and could be done by someone else. Kind of my own personal Odesk. My plan is to put a budget cost on each task and let my team pick what their interested in doing and getting paid for. I'm excited to see how it works and most importantly I'm excited to get some of this stuff off my desk. 

We're also working on our new goals for this year. We're selling our primary multi-family and pushing to get the business organized. Our goal is to have 10 doors by the end of this year, at least 1 employee, and a storefront office space. I have so many ideas about what I want this business to be, to do, and how it can help people in every aspect from employee to client, that sometimes it's both overwhelming and ridiculously exciting. It can make the day to day things tough to do, because it seems like the big idea is so far away, but I just keep hammering on and I can tell we're moving forward.
