Going F.A.R. (Focus Action Responsibility)

I meditated today. That has nothing to do with real estate, except for the fact that I directed all my mental energies toward my long established goal of financial independence instead of my regular narcissistic self absorbed goals of say unlocking a new achievement on the X-box. At any rate, the end result of the meditation was a severe sense of calm and resolve. Now comes the tie in: I am in the final phases of negotiating a lease option on a CO multi-unit prop and in addition to working on a DE SFR, I have just finished compiling and organizing all of the necessary paperwork, scripts, and worksheets to run my wholesaling business as just that, a business.

I've been trying for so long to be successful at this endeavor but the fact of the matter is, that nowadays trying isn't enough. It takes clear vision and focus. Directed action and dedication. I'm a bit wary of making this project into a resolution, because i feel that somewhere in my mind, I expect resolutions to fail. this is an ongoing project that deserves attention everyday.

And so I'm restarting this blog. This is a way to hold myself accountable, and it will be a nice keepsake when I finally do reach my goal to look back at the beginning and relive these gloriously messy moments.
