For REALTORS who work with investors

When someone is looking to invest, ask them:

  • A. Are they paying cash or financing. As in any sales, they will need proof of funds for cash, or a preapproval letter from a lender
  • B. Will they be managing it from out of town
  • C.Are they looking for multifamily or house or condo
  • D.Do they plan on occupying a unit, if multifamily (this will give them a homestead exemption)
