Welcome!  

If you are reading this, you are interested in me and my real estate investing.  I'm not entirely sure why, but,  I'm glad that you are here.

This blog is where I will be writing about my property buying experience.  My writing style will most likely be that of me writing in a journal which makes you my journal... lucky you.   

My intentions of writing this blog is to not only organize my  thoughts, but hopefully help spread some wisdom to other newbie investors.  But let's be honest, it will most likely be a "don't do what I just did" kind of publication.  Ultimately, I hope to bring some levity to the real estate investing industry.  I absolutely know that I am going to fail miserably on that last goal but just like investing in real estate, I'm not going to let fear hold me back from accomplishing my goals.  

I hope you enjoy my writings.  If you have questions, comments, or suggestions please contribute!  Im sure we all have been in this same boat at some point, so please help us keep this boat afloat and not sink like my comedy career.
