JUMP! Change your beliefs, change your actions!

This year I am committed to jumping.

Steve Harvey explains, "Every successful person in this world has jumped.

I am going to tell you what I mean by that. You eventually; you are going to have to jump. You cannot just exist in this life. You have got to try to live.

If you are waking up thinking that has got to be more to your life than it is, man believe that it is. Believe in your heart of hearts that it is.

But to get to that life you’re going to have to jump."

For me this means taking risks that will make me grow as a person both personally and professionally.  This means writing down my goals, making a plan, and executing that plan on a daily basis.  I am going to jump everyday so that I continue on my path of growth.

You may ask, "Well what does this really have to do with real estate investing?"  Maybe it has to do with everything.

On many of @Brandon Turner's webinars, he uses this analogy for investing in real estate for the first time.  Imagine a person running off a cliff and the parachute isn't working.  You're reaching out for any friction. Anything to slow yourself down.  You tumble and roll, until the parachute releases.  In order to enjoy the smooth ride down we just gotta jump.

This is the MINDSET I am instilling this year.

Thanks and good luck to everyone this year.

Looking forward to my first cliff jump and whether it be a bumpy or smooth ride, I'm taking that leap...
