they were no call no show for the showing. u had to apply to even see the unit then they randomly told my bf he would have to switch his application to another location?? shady, but he went through with it. move in went fine, but they did tack on a lot of fees after the fact. maintenance request were getting marked complete even though no one ever came out or they would only do half the job and never come back. they also scammed him out like $700 so just be careful. the elderly downstairs neighbor who just moved in told me it took them 2 weeks to fix her AC in this heat wave. it reached triple digits this month. our was never fixed. that’s unacceptable. make sure you do your walk-out with them. they are dishonest. not sure who they are paying to pad their reviews because vast majority of people I have talked to that rented from them had a bad experience.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars... For the simple fact I have never encountered a place that I wanted to rent from tell me I'm approved and begin to tack on an extra almost $85 in fees on top of the rent that I'm supposed to pay... Not only that the person that handles the applications and telling you that you're approved does not let you get a word in she fast talks and literally says things that you didn't even say or finish saying out of your mouth.. I have never heard of a place approving you and then denying you all because of you speaking up for yourself by telling them that you have other things to do before paying a security deposit in 24 hours.. I literally was told that I was going to get a lease sent to me via email remind you I was approved when I did not comply with what they thought I should have done I instantly became denied which leads me to believe that something sketchy is going on here and not to mention I was told that I would get the email via my personal email and I would have to put my security deposit in a Dropbox in order for the place I was interested in to be taken off the market I don't know what kind of business technique they're using these days but I am not comfortable with putting money in a Dropbox and not seeing an actual person or having a lease put in my hand not their email or anything I was not comfortable and I did the leg work for them I decided not to take the place something inside of me is telling me that there's some kind of inside rigmarole going on and for that reason I'm out because I refuse to give my money to a company and I can't meet anyone, I refuse to give my money to a Dropbox and have a company tell me they never received it they wouldn't be the ones out of money it would be me so either times have changed from when landlords actually meet potential tenants or someone is scamming and I refuse not to be a part of it so if I could give them zero Stars I would

After a challenging vacancy period earlier this year, their team stepped in and executed well—ultimately securing a qualified tenant and getting the unit stabilized. A big thank you to Carolina, who was exceptional throughout the process. Her communication, follow-up, and overall professionalism stood out. She stayed on top of details, kept me informed, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. From an owner’s perspective, I appreciated the transparency, responsiveness, and ability to move the leasing process forward efficiently. The move-in process was smooth, and documentation was handled clearly through the owner portal. Overall, a strong experience and a team that clearly cares about both owners and tenants. Looking forward to continuing the partnership.

I applied and was approved within just a few days. Setting up tours was simple, and the home I originally wanted was rented quickly, but their team still worked with me to try to find another available unit. I do wish communication was a little quicker at times, but overall everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated how smooth and straightforward everything was. I would definitely consider renting with them in the future, I just ended up going in a different direction this time because of timing. Overall, a very positive experience with friendly staff.

I used Welcome Home Milwaukee to find a tenant for my house in Riverwest and they were awesome! They were reasonably priced and found a tenant in less than a month. They were very professional and great with communicating every step of the process! I have not had any problems with the new tenant and will definitely use WHM again in the future.

I hired WHM to manage my duplex and they went above and beyond to get it rent ready. I couldn’t be more happy with the high level of communication and professionalism. I don’t have to worry about screening tenants and fixing repairs. WHM takes the front seat and drives and they leave me worry free. I highly recommend WHM to anyone looking for trustworthy people to manage their property.

My husband and I rented from this company for almost 6 years and had a great experience. They were very efficient in their responsiveness to anything that needed to be addressed with the home and their staff was always a joy to work with. Every year was a seamless transition as we renewed our lease and they were always quick to make small fixes along the way after their yearly inspection. We could not recommend working with them more and we would continue to work with them if we weren't purchasing our forever home. Yolanda, in specific, was so helpful as we transitioned out. 10/10.

Applying was super easy, scheduling the showing was simple, and their office got back to me fairly quickly with an answer! The place is immaculate and you can tell that they take pride in making sure everything is up to par. Everyone at Welcome Home Milwaukee (I’ve been in contact with Jack, Yolanda, Kamen and Yuri) is incredible and I cannot WAIT to be their tenant! They make it easy and stress free.
