We’ve had the pleasure of working with Earnest Homes for several years, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
We’d like to give a special shout-out to Raziya, their Maintenance Manager. She is wonderful and by far the best manager we have seen in this department. She makes communication seems effortless.
We recently learned that she personally handles about 95% of their maintenance operations, we were taken aback. Her dedication, kindness, and upbeat attitude make her a joy to work with. Raziya is truly a gem!

Our experience in this home has been absolutely fantastic — but to be clear, that’s entirely thanks to Raziya.
When we first moved in, things were honestly pretty rough. There were a lot of issues with the property, communication was challenging, and we were beginning to question if we’d made the right decision renting here. Then Raziya stepped in — and everything changed.
From the moment she took over as our maintenance coordinator, the entire experience turned around. She’s responsive, proactive, and truly cares about the tenants she works with. She doesn’t just handle issues — she anticipates them, follows up, and makes sure things are done right. She communicates clearly, checks in regularly, and even reaches out during her off hours if something important comes up. That level of dedication and care is incredibly rare.
Because of Raziya, our home is now a place we love living in — and she’s the reason we plan to stay here for the long term. She’s turned what began as a stressful experience into one of genuine trust and appreciation.
We’ve had other management experiences that were impersonal or indifferent, but Raziya has restored our faith not only in this property, but in Earnest Homes as a company. We would recommend them without hesitation — because of her. She is, without question, the gold standard of what tenant care should look like.

I live in a super old building so there’s always going to be something happening… the trade off for having almost 900 square feet. Haha! Earnest is our management company and even though we are a small 12-unit building I’ve never felt like my issues weren’t a priority and always have taken good care of any issues that arise; plumbing issue, or a leak from my upstairs neighbor, an AC that died, etc… they’re always very responsive, helpful and professional. Thanks for everything!

We transferred an occupied home to Earnest Homes. Onboarding was very easy the company was responsive to all of our questions.
Now that we've used Earnest a few months I can say they do an excellent job. My expectations are exceeded. The property is a single family home on the west side of Los Angeles. It has been a pleasure to work with our account manager, Keren M.
Communication is wonderful regarding repairs and maintenance. I never have a problem reaching my account manager via text, email, or phone call I trust that my tenant is similarly treated with respect and responsiveness.
I would encourage other property owners to use this company for their property management needs. No complaints at all.

Maintenance Coordinator Raziya has been such a great help. She’s gotten all my maintenance concerns taken care of within the same week it was brought up to her attention. She’s very helpful and communicated with me every step of the process. She’s even checked in after the work was completed to asure that the work was done correctly.

My husband and I have worked with Earnest for our one rental property for over a year now and can confidently recommend their service. They have a robust and competent team and are responsive to our needs as well as the tenants' needs. We feel that they strike the right balance of responsiveness and boundary-setting, keeping up with LA housing regulations, and holding to the leasing contract terms. Finding a reliable and professional property manager for a mom-and-pop landlord is tough, and we are grateful to have found this group that we trust.
