I had a house viewing for a rental property today. Upon entering the house, an unpleasant smell hit me immediately. I could not figure out what it was. The house was not clean at all. It looked like someone had just moved out. The floors were filthy and there was animal hair EVERYWHERE & it was not the normal shedding but actual clumps of animal hair all throughout the yard and the whole house which made me realize that the smell was animal urine. I called the property manager and no answer. I left a voicemail and got a call back immediately. I informed them of what I saw and the manager said that the carpets were scheduled to be deep cleaned next week which lets me know they knew the condition of the house. Why would you list a property in that kind of condition knowing its not ready to be viewed ???

This is a great company to have manage your property… I switched to them after I had a larger company managing, but found myself with no support or response when something went wrong. Real Property is responsive, helpful, and friendly always! Nicole specifically is fantastic! She always responds very promptly and is super helpful and so nice! I enjoy working with her and the whole team but she is awesome!

RPM has been excellent with communication and working with me during this process. Nicole always responded right away, making sure to keep me informed and answer any questions. I’m putting a deposit down today and am looking forward to working with RPM in the years to come.

Real property management hometown manages my property and does a fantastic job keeping up with the maintenance and finding great paying tenants to occupy my residential property. I deal with Isaac most of the time and he’s always very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. He is definitely an asset. I would recommend using this company to manage your properties if you were looking.
