Sherri Holt was an amazing representative of this company. I shopped for multiple quotes and nobody was as helpful as Sherri was. She promptly responded to all my requests and was beyond helpful and honest throughout the entire process. She made an uneasy process much more comforting and First Access can credit her for why I chose to do business with them.

James was excellent to work with throughout my home equity loan process. He took the initiative to respond to my initial inquiry and worked diligently and creatively to structure the loan in a way that made approval possible. His professionalism, tenacity, attention to detail, and clear communication made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.
This loan significantly improved my overall financial picture, and I truly appreciate the effort James put into helping me get it completed. I also want to recognize Jake for his responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the process. Both James and Jake helped make the closing go smoothly. I’m very grateful for their guidance and support and would highly recommend their services.

What a pleasurable experience! From start to finish I felt completely taken care of! I had the dream team of home loans Sherri Holt and Jake Cindrario with me every step of the way. The responsiveness of both of these two amazing people gave me such confidence in the whole process. Sherri explained everything and handled all my questions with kindness and professionalism. Jake was extremely efficient! He made everything so easy, including obtaining necessary documents, working directly with my bank on my behalf while keeping me updated every step of the way. Applying for a loan or refinance can be a daunting task, but my experience with First Access Lending was top notch and led to my approval quickly!

First Access Lending was amazing. I was in the process of doing a home equity refi with Rocket mortgage, but the process was stuck in week 5, but First Access had me closed and funded in 3 weeks. They were informing me every step of the process with both texts and emails, something the other company stopped doing. Connor and Jake were friendly and the closing at my house with Roberta, the notary, was actually enjoyable. I highly recommend this company!
