I can’t say enough about White Glove Property Mgt. and their team. I contacted Blake and he returned my call right away. He made my decision to use their services really easy as he listed all the things they can do for me as an owner who is an hour away. He made me feel confident right away that I made the right choice. His team got right to work helping to prepare my property for rent and we were moving forward very quickly. Noel and Megan walked me through the whole process of renting and I was in the loop but totally hands off. Never thought managing a rental could be so easy. Megan was able to take care of maintenance issues in a timely manner as they came up, and she always was communicating with me.

I’ve lived in a WG-managed property for over 6 years and have had a great experience. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the online portal makes it super easy to pay rent and submit issues. Their rates have also been very reasonable compared to others in the area. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the service and would definitely recommend WG to other renters.

White Glove Property Management (WGPM) has been an absolute standout in every interaction. Their communication is fast, clear, and genuinely helpful--something that's surprisingly rare in the property management world. Every question I've had has been handled with professionalism and a friendly tone that makes you feel like a valued client, not just another file in the system.
What impressed me most is their consistency. Whether it's coordinating maintenance, providing updates, or renewing Lease Agreements, they do everything with efficiency and care. You can tell they take pride in delivering a smooth, stress free experience to the Property Owner.
If you're looking for a management team that's reliable, responsive, and truly committed to quality service, WGPM lives up to its name. Highly recommended.

I’ve been working with White Glove Property Management to manage my rental and it’s been a very solid experience. Communication is consistent, they handle issues quickly, and I feel like the property is being looked after—not ignored. They pretty much handle everything and provide good updates, which has made the whole process a lot less stressful for me.
They also did a great job with tenant placement — I’ve only had the one tenant, but they’ve been long-term, which says a lot. The online portal is easy to use and makes it simple to stay on top of everything. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a responsive, professional property management company.

I wish I could give White Golve Property Management 10 stars.
I have been a tenant for the past four years. My family and I have had a number of issues come up during our tenancy (beyond anybody’s control) and Kelli Capone has always been outstanding assisting us resolve all issues.
We always received a quick response to our requests, Kelli was always attentive, provided great communication, was sympathetic and willing to go the extra mile for us. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
We are now relocating and I would recommend renting a location managed by White Glove P.M. to anyone. They are awesome!

I fairly recently (3 years) purchased a rental property in Orange County and I live in another state. WGPM was reccomended to me by the seller who had been using them. I have found Blake and his crew to be exceptional communicators. They keep me updated on all matters relative to my property. They provide detailed repair reports, often including pictures. I feel like my property is well- cared for, and I recieve my rent in a timely manner. What more could an owner ask for! I highly reccomend White Glove if you need a superb management company!
