I’ve been working with White Glove Property Management to manage my rental and it’s been a very solid experience. Communication is consistent, they handle issues quickly, and I feel like the property is being looked after—not ignored. They pretty much handle everything and provide good updates, which has made the whole process a lot less stressful for me.
They also did a great job with tenant placement — I’ve only had the one tenant, but they’ve been long-term, which says a lot. The online portal is easy to use and makes it simple to stay on top of everything. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a responsive, professional property management company.

We’ve been working with White Glove since 2021, and they have been nothing short of outstanding. Before they took over, our rental unit was struggling, and we were even considering selling. Thanks to their proactive management and professionalism, the property turned around completely and has been running smoothly ever since. They took full ownership, and even completed some major repairs and maintenance issues that had been accumulating.
Blake, Kelli and Megan are incredibly responsive, always available when issues arise, and go above and beyond to make sure both we and our tenants are taken care of. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I wish I could give White Golve Property Management 10 stars.
I have been a tenant for the past four years. My family and I have had a number of issues come up during our tenancy (beyond anybody’s control) and Kelli Capone has always been outstanding assisting us resolve all issues.
We always received a quick response to our requests, Kelli was always attentive, provided great communication, was sympathetic and willing to go the extra mile for us. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
We are now relocating and I would recommend renting a location managed by White Glove P.M. to anyone. They are awesome!

We own 3 rental properties that White Gloves has managed for over 11 years. I cannot emphasize the importance of having an honest responsive team of managers to oversee your property. Specifically, Kelli Capone manages the hands-on operation of our units that includes repairs, contacting vendors thereby keeping our units in good condition. However , over the years several of our units needed repairs and that is where Kelli comes in. She contacted the plumbers as needed, the vendors for repairs, the painters and other contractors to get the property in good shape. Not only we as owners were well pleased with her communication but the tenants expressed their praise. Kelli treats these units as if she lives in one of them. ..that’s why we have low tenant turnover. Look no further White Glove is your best choice to manage your property. And Kelli is the best!! Thank you Kelli

I fairly recently (3 years) purchased a rental property in Orange County and I live in another state. WGPM was reccomended to me by the seller who had been using them. I have found Blake and his crew to be exceptional communicators. They keep me updated on all matters relative to my property. They provide detailed repair reports, often including pictures. I feel like my property is well- cared for, and I recieve my rent in a timely manner. What more could an owner ask for! I highly reccomend White Glove if you need a superb management company!

We have been using White Glove to manage our property for two years, and the overall experience has been great. Blake has seen through the entire renting process and is very prompt and patient to address our concerns and needs. Meanwhile, Noel, Lynsey, Kim and other team members have been consistently attentive to details in various matters such as insurance, repair, and tax, keeping our anxiety at bay. Their pattern of communication is assured, paced, yet fully transparent and honest. We just renewed the leasing contract for another two years and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
