Jason at True Home Ohio Property Management was outstanding to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, made everything easy to understand, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and truly cares about helping his clients, I highly recommend Jason and True Home Ohio Property Management. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing due to poor communication.
The biggest issue has not been communication with me as the owner, but with prospective tenants. Multiple interested applicants informed me that their phone calls, emails, and inquiries were not returned in a timely manner. When potential tenants cannot reach the property management company, it can result in lost leasing opportunities and unnecessary vacancy.
Responsiveness is one of the most important responsibilities of a property management company, and in my experience this has been lacking. I hope the company improves its communication processes and follow-up procedures with both owners and prospective tenants.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services at this time.

I had an excellent experience with True Home Ohio Property Management. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the entire property management process smooth and stress-free. Communication was always prompt, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and they kept me informed every step of the way.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to both property owners and tenants. They made everything easy to understand and were always willing to answer questions with patience and professionalism.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management services in Ohio. Truly a 5-star experience!

I would like to recognize Babcock & Sons Company that’s Contracted with True Home Property Management, for the excellent maintenance and repair service they have provided. Mr. Jason has always been professional, courteous, and dependable. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue, he made sure to communicate clearly about who would be coming and the expected arrival time.
He has always responded promptly to our maintenance requests and worked hard to ensure the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care him and his team has put into assisting my family.
They have done an awesome job, and it has not gone unnoticed.
Thank you, Mr. Jason, for always being professional and dedicated to helping your residents.

I have just started using true home but from my experience so far this team is very fast at getting stuff done and quick with responding. Richelle is very nice and answers all questions i have. Walked me through alot of things i was unsure of. So far i'm pritty happy to be working with this team.

I found True Home Ohio on Bigger Pockets after a terrible experience with my previous property manager, and I couldn’t be happier with the switch. From my very first call, Zach and his team have been professional, proactive, and clear in their communication.
Abi handled onboarding and repairs smoothly, and Cyril from the leasing team kept me updated every step of the way with detailed plans—something I never got with my last PM company. Even though I only have one property, they’ve treated me like a valued client.
Thanks to True Home Ohio, the process has been stress-free, organized, and a complete turnaround from my past experience. Highly recommend!
