If I could give -1000 stars I would. They bought our rental property from another company and they have not come out once to look at the place. Will not respond to emails. You try to call and it’s a call center. We asked them to come out BEFORE the winter to fix our broken foundation and guess what? Nothing. The basement is flooded and creating mold. Do not rent from this company. They also love tacking on extra fees. Avoid at all costs.

I work for a chimney company and I dealt with True Home Ohio for one of my customers. They were professional and polite on the phone and paid promptly after service completion.

Been renting from True Home for about three months now and came to the realization that they don’t really care about their tenants. Off of first impressions alone, there was no one to physically show us a tour of our apartment. The floorboards are completely uneven and lifting in some areas, as well as the counters. When we moved in maintenance mustve just sat around in the apartment because it wasnt really clean at all. There was grime in the shower and cobwebs all over the house so we took it upon ourselves to clean. And now we’re dealing with an issue of our upstairs neighbors being excessively loud and disruptive and True Home has started to ignore my complaints even when I provided evidence. Do not waste your time here.

Jarre and her team were beyond patient and compassionate, especially for an ordeal that was of no fault of my own. I appreciate them making this whole experience as stress free as possible!

Jeff Minia was a tremendous help to us as we prepared to buy a rental property. He answered a million of our detailed questions about leasing services, and was so knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely reach back to him and True Home in the future.

Jarre, Property Representative, was very helpful and kind throughout the process. She was patient, thorough, and made the application and move-in experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, the customer service was great, and we're truly satisfied with our new home.

True Home has been great thus far! I applied and within a week, was approved to set up a move in date. The team has been very responsive and communication has been swift. I really appreciate their help and care during the move process. Big shoutout to Jarre on the leasing team as well as Sherwin on the maintenance team for ensuring everything is up to standard and fixing any issues.

I found True Home Ohio on Bigger Pockets after a terrible experience with my previous property manager, and I couldn’t be happier with the switch. From my very first call, Zach and his team have been professional, proactive, and clear in their communication.
Abi handled onboarding and repairs smoothly, and Cyril from the leasing team kept me updated every step of the way with detailed plans—something I never got with my last PM company. Even though I only have one property, they’ve treated me like a valued client.
Thanks to True Home Ohio, the process has been stress-free, organized, and a complete turnaround from my past experience. Highly recommend!
