I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Ante Skoko at SJR, and I can honestly say his dedication is unmatched. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also treats every client like family. He always puts his clients' goals first and makes the real estate process look easy, even when he’s working hard behind the scenes to keep things moving. Ante is definitely the person you want in your corner!

Stephen helped me buy my first rental property in Indiana. I don’t live in the area, but he was great on communicating and getting his people out to properties for walk throughs. He is honest and trustworthy. He set me up with contacts in his network, so I can be successful after closing on the property. I look forward to doing more business with him. Highly recommend!

Worked with Steve and St. Joseph Realty for my first rental property, and the experience was fantastic. As an out of state investor I was definitely cautious, but Steve and his team made the process much easier than anticipated and I trust in his experience/guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an out of state partner, and look forward to working with him and his team in the future.

Me and my girlfriend worked with Steve to buy our first rental property and it was fantastic. Steve understands what an investor needs and how to evaluate properties and how it is different from an owner-occupant. He goes above and beyond to help you think through things and really understands the local market. Additionally, he helps you get connected to people in his network that you might need on your real estate investor journey in the South Bend area. I am already looking forward to doing my next deal with him!
