I can’t say enough good things about Dave at Troy City Mortgage. He’s fast, efficient, and got me a great rate. From start to finish he made the whole process feel simple and stress free.
What really stood out is that he helped me long before I even bought a house. I had a ton of questions and he never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. He explained everything clearly, stayed patient, and made sure I understood every step.
Super helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares about his clients. If you’re thinking about buying, talk to Dave first. You won’t regret it.

I don’t even know where to start with this - 5 stars is not enough. Kevin and the team at Troy City have been the absolute best. My realtor told me Kevin was a magician and we definitely got to see that in action. We bought our house using a 203k loan - without Kevin, we never would have gotten this deal through. He went so far out of his way to help us out and make sure everything fell into place to get us the keys and I truly could not be happier. It was a difficult process due to the loan type but Kevin’s expertise and dedication are the reason it all worked out for us. I cannot recommend them enough and I will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did for us. I also want to shout Kevin’s assistant Neil for all of his hard work behind the scenes. It did not go unnoticed

Dave and his team made it easy and as stress free as possible. Ryan and Erica were incredible and went above and beyond for Julie and I , and always made themselves available. Definitely recommend Dave and his team.

We had an excellent experience with Troy City Mortgage. David and his team are incredibly knowledgable, responsive and dedicated to finding the best mortgage option for us. David and Ryan secured our loan very quickly and handled all paperwork efficiently, which took a lot of stress off from our shoulder. David took the time to understand our needs, discussed about different type of loans in details, and guided us through the process with expertise and patience. If you need mortgage advice, David is the best person you want. Highly recommended.
