After closing several deals with Stephen, I can confidently say that he is one of the best at what he does. He is very responsive, very efficient, and one of the most knowledgeable in his field. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who is interested in taking out loans for real estate.

Stephen is a master of his craft and did an excellent job on executing a refinance on a property of mine. There were some obstacles we encountered along the way through other parties involved but he was able to find a solution which worked out better than what we originally had planned. Looking forward to doing more business with Stephen in the future!
