Crystal Towers was a great place to stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The pools were amazing, and the beach access was incredibly convenient thanks to the skywalk. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be making Crystal Towers our go-to place every time we visit Gulf Shores!

Louis is an excellent host. The extra touches he adds are 5 star worthy. The house was perfect and inviting. There were 6 of us plus my fur baby and everyone had plenty of room. Super close to everything (OWA, Tanger, Sports Complex,...beach) and the extra fridge came in handy when packing up for the beach. We will definitely book this place again. ....very convenient. Thank you, Mr. Louis!

We had an amazing experience with Louis at PMI. Booked a condo on the Lagoon side with access to fishing on the private pier and an extremely short walk to the Beach. It’s an area we love to visit several times a year with the luxury of enjoying both lagoon and ocean. From the first phone call, Louis was on top of responding. Even reaching out to me when I didn’t leave a message. Upon arrival we were blessed with a little tray of treats including local coffee that I wish I had purchased more before leaving. If you ever get the chance to visit Gulf Shores or surrounding area reach out to Louis, you won’t be disappointed. We hope to actually get to meet him next time we visit.

Just want to say Thank You to PMI Gulf Shores and Louis!! We made a switch to them this year and it has been Great! I wish I would have done it sooner! They take care of my property, and our guests with the utmost professionalism! Their attention to details is amazing. Thank you again and I appreciate all they do!

I will definitely reserve my stay with PMI again. Home made me feel at home. Home was very clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi in the back was a plus addition to the home. Great location. My host Louis was very professional and helpful by checking in making sure that everything was going well.

Beautiful home on a quiet street . Louis was a great host who left us sweet treats to enjoy and local coffee. Had an issue with lights on the boardwalk and he immediately responded to my message and even came out at 9 p.m to fix the issue. Highly recommend.

Me and my family had an awesome time staying here in Gulf shores. Everything was clean and very convenient location right on the beach, and walking distance to so much more. Host was great and very responsive!!!!!

Crystal Towers was a great place to stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.
