I highly recommend Dave Zimmerman. As executor of a trust, I was attempting to sell my parents’ house following their deaths. Dave knew exactly how to handle selling the house as part of a trust. From the day that he first met and walked through the house until after closing, he was professional and always kept me up to date concerning progress and steps that needed to be taken. While the house was on sale, I got weekly reports regarding hits on the internet and home showings and we would discuss the report on at least a weekly basis. Through his contacts in the industry, he arranged for all the staging and the addressing of inspection items leading up to the closing on the house. He knew how to price the house and make any necessary adjustments. Dave also provided a contact after closing, so I could get a backdated appraisal on the house. During a trying time for me, Dave was verry professional and really steered the ship to closure.

Working with Michele Cook was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and guided us through both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one with ease and confidence. Michele’s professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions, and went the extra mile to ensure everything went perfectly, even when the buyer had a minor closing issue. While his reviews may paint a favorable picture, they largely reflect straightforward rental transactions, not the significantly more complex process of selling a home. Aaron is a young, newly licensed realtor, clearly early in his career, and unfortunately, that lack of experience showed in all the worst ways. We strongly suspect our home was among his first listings, and we paid the price for being one of his early clients. Throughout the process, Aaron was consistently difficult to reach and showed poor communication and negotiation skills. As the sale moved forward, his presence diminished significantly, and during the most critical final weeks, he was nearly nonexistent. He failed to take charge in key interactions with our buyers, leaving us to step in and handle conversations that no seller should have to manage when they’ve hired a professional. To make matters worse, despite his inexperience and underwhelming performance, Aaron charged us a top-tier commission—more than what seasoned, highly competent agents typically command. His absence on settlement day, while not strictly required, felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive given the concerns we had already raised and the overall quality of service we received. In the end, we felt unsupported, poorly represented, and taken advantage of. Selling a home is far too significant a milestone to entrust to someone who is clearly still learning the basics. We strongly urge others to choose a more experienced, capable, and engaged agent.

To make matters worse, its a sellers market right now, with offers of 10-20% over asking almost required; not even mentioning big companies like BlackRock buying up homes left and right. -- In short buying a home in this market is quite challenging. The buyer has the least amount of power, making the buying process incredibly stressful and difficult. This is where a GREAT Realter can really shine. Most companies and people you work with will treat you like a number, a balance to collect at the end of the sale, they will push you to buy something whether or not its right, because that how they make money.
