We had quite the experience with Wendy. The positives is that she is responsive and easy to reach. She asked all the right questions to get a understanding of our wants and needs. She was kind. However, in our first encounter we spoke about her rental fee of 50 % being something we weren’t comfortable covering. We had finally gotten a approval and then ended up loosing the house we really wanted solely on her fee being too high. The listing agent wasn’t even willing to cover it. With our 10 years of renting we NEVER had this be a issue with any other realtor. Then she wanted to drop us because she didn’t think we would be approved elsewhere. So not only did we miss out on a rental perfect for our family we now have to find a new realtor. I am not sure if its lack of experience or what but the experience has left us quite upset. In the end it seemed like money was her only driving force, not actually wanting to serve the clients. So unfortunately, she just can’t be recommended if you’re needing a realtor to stick their neck out for you, advocate and be willing to put in the work. Maybe be better to find one with a long standing in the county.
