I am a second-generation Reno local and ERA Realty Central Realtor serving Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada. ERA Realty Central has been helping buyers and sellers in Reno and Sparks since 1982. I grew up in Reno and has watched neighborhoods like Huffaker Hills, Caughlin Ranch, Southwest Reno, Somersett, and Double Diamond develop over the decades. That local knowledge informs every pricing decision and every buyer search conducted today. I measure success in a profound way. We wanted a larger, 5 bedroom house for our family and did not want to have to change the kids schools. It took several months of looking but eventually Bill helped us find a great home for our family and the kids did not have to change schools. Bill really stayed on top of things the whole time. I absolutely recommend calling Bill if you need a realtor.
