I am a second-generation Reno local and ERA Realty Central Realtor serving Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada. ERA Realty Central has been helping buyers and sellers in Reno and Sparks since 1982. I grew up in Reno and has watched neighborhoods like Huffaker Hills, Caughlin Ranch, Southwest Reno, Somersett, and Double Diamond develop over the decades. That local knowledge informs every pricing decision and every buyer search conducted today. I measure success in a profound way. Clearly, financial goals are critical, but other values need to be considered too. Measuring success includes values such as integrity, effective communication and prioritizing clients' goals! We were considering listing our home for sale and called Bill. Because of an illness in our family, we weren’t sure selling was the right choice for us. After talking with Bill, we learned that selling was an option, but there were other possibilities we hadn’t considered and decided to try first.
We have a lot of respect for Bill because he helped us avoid selling our home, or at least delay the decision. I’m happy to tell everyone that if you want an honest real estate agent who puts your needs first, Bill is your guy.

I've known Bill for years. When I wanted to buy a home, Bill was my first choice. I was looking for a home to be close to work and had a very specific budget in mind. We looked at several houses and condo’s in my price range but I didn’t love any of them. Eventually, we found a new construction townhome. I didn’t know it was possible, but it worked out! Now I own a brand new townhome in Reno very close to work.

We wanted a larger, 5 bedroom house for our family and did not want to have to change the kids schools. It took several months of looking but eventually Bill helped us find a great home for our family and the kids did not have to change schools. Bill really stayed on top of things the whole time. I absolutely recommend calling Bill if you need a realtor.
