My wife rented from them for a year. Her last month of rent she was struggling so got some help from common Grace. She tried to give 2 checks to pay rent and they said they wouldn’t accept 2 different checks. They evicted her and 4 years later are garnishing her wages for $5,200. Her rent was only $750 a month. All because they would accept 2 checks. Worst place ever to rent from.

They sent us a letter in mail in 2nd week of December stating they are our new landlords and they only wanted to do month to month. We'll January roles by oh you have till end of February to move out then got another letter oh now you have till February 10th. They are not professionals and we asked why do we have to move oh the landlord wants to do something else with the properties. Oh I call bullshit because now our neighbors who haven't even been there for a month have to move again and they have a little one and they are elderly. So do NOT GO TO OPEN DOORS RENTAL. All they care about is money. The maintenance people don't know how to fix anything. Our plumbing also wasn't working complained about that alot.

I called the after hours emergency number and the Open Door Maintenance technician quickly brought out some space heaters to help get us through the night. The HVAC contractors were on site the next morning and were able to fix the issue with the furnace.

I can’t say anything other than great things about Open Door Rentals Especially Jessica Balyeat she helped me get through the whole process flawlessly any questions I had she was right there to answer them and explain them perfectly for a first time renter like myself. 17425 state rd 37 unit 101 Super cute apartment i really wanted to rent this unit. I took a look at the unit loved it. I did call open door and explained the things I found in the laundry room area.The upstairs apartment is leaking on the dry wall where the washer and dryer go and the dry wall is wet. It's wet all the way to the floor and there's black mold forming it's very noticeable. Then right outside the hallway.There are some really soft spots on the flooring.In two different spots. I made Aware that the door was unlocked the front and back door, i also noticed yellow staining right in front of the front door from being wet I did Explain if they could fix this.I would love to rent this unit.i was told no that the unit would be taken off the market and be wait listed. I do See that it's still for rent online. I specifically wanted this unit because it's a safer place than where I currently live , and I grew up out in that community. I did ask for my applicatnIon back simply because there's nothing else for rent in town. I was told no. Absolutely love the school system. I'm still currently interested in this unit if we could fix those issuses .
