Sure thing. The maintenence guy was on time, and he also went out of his way to make sure that the "new" replacement deadbolts worked flawlessly..(which they did),and he got the job done in a timely fashion. He also possessed a positive attitude, which was very refreshing. Very satisfied with his work. Jason R.

My wife rented from them for a year. Her last month of rent she was struggling so got some help from common Grace. She tried to give 2 checks to pay rent and they said they wouldn’t accept 2 different checks. They evicted her and 4 years later are garnishing her wages for $5,200. Her rent was only $750 a month. All because they would accept 2 checks. Worst place ever to rent from.
