For a free one-on-one consultation reach out directly via phone or email rather than Agent Finder. I specialize in all types of house hacking, fix & flips, short term rentals, medium term rentals, and long term rentals. I don't focus on development, land purchases, or manufactured homes, and I don't represent Washington properties. I have been investing in real estate since 2010. I mostly focus on buy and hold multifamily but have also done short-term rentals and fix and flips. I have a passion for real estate investing and how it can change someone's life. I manage all my own properties and have developed systems around that which I would be happy to share. I consider myself not only an agent but a consultant. I will be there with a trained eye to let you know about possible issues, how to improve the property, contacts you will need in the industry, and advice after we close the deal. I enjoy working with new investors and watching them grow their portfolio from their first property.

Brad is AMAZING! He was so patient with us as we were out of state home buyers. He went out to multiple properties for us, not only taking video of the home and property but also the street and neighborhood so we had a clear picture of the potential property. When we finally decided on the perfect property months later he took care of everything to ensure a smooth closing. Brad helped us move to Portland from out of state. We met with Brad in early March 2024, he took us to all the neighborhoods in Portland. He was our own personal tour guide telling us all the great spots to eat. By May, we were ready to pull the trigger and move here. He would walk properties for us and send us a Video as we were going to buy sight unseen. Brad was super patient with us. We put offers on a few houses, that just don’t work out. We decided to move up here anyway and rent for a bit. Brad was very knowledgeable about what part of town he thought we would thrive in. We rented for 6 months , then broke our lease as we found the perfect home for us. Brad was with us every step of the way while under contract. He showed up and did all inspections with me. Just all around Solid guy. He makes you feel like you are his only client, even though he has many others in which he is working with. I would 100% recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I have my house listed for sale in Vancouver, listing says occupied, Brad still shows up 40 mins earlier than his appointment. But thats not the worst part. After reviewing camera footage, he goes in the garage and without hesitation lifts up the cover off my exotic car to check it out. Gave me the feeling like he is capable of going through your stuff inside the house too. Super unprofessional.

I very, very strongly recommend Brad Hammond to act as your agent when you are ready to sell. I needed to sell a property in Portland but I do not live in Oregon. Brad’s knowledge of the market and his guidance was extremely important to me in preparing the home and property for sale. The home required refreshing. Brad’s knowledge of what buyers were currently looking for, what work would be most appropriate, and contacts for that work was an absolute blessing. Because of unforeseen events preparing the house for market took significantly longer than anticipated. Brad demonstrated honesty and integrity as well as being patient, calm, and reassuring throughout the process. Once ready for the market, Brad’s marketing strategy was exceptional. The house sold in just a few days.

From day 1, Brad was helpful in my endeavor to buy a Portland-area rental property. Being an out-of-state buyer, it was important to have someone who knew the areas around Portland and advise on potential rental income and details about the neighborhoods. Brad even did a virtual tour with me. I purchased the property but have never physically been there! Brad set up my inspections for me and all around filled in the gaps because I couldn't be physically present. Brad gave great advice on how to make the offer, digging into what was important to the seller and crafting the offer around those items. In the end, I was able to cash flow a newer SFR from day 1! Yes, I cash-flowed an SFR, thanks in part to Brad's guidance!! This is the first time I purchased a rental property on the open market and it worked out great, even out of state, with Brad's help. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you are looking to buy an SFR, 2-4 unit, or other cash-flow property!
