Mike is a fantastic agent who made our investment property purchase much easier than working with someone less experienced. Very professional guy and always a step ahead of what is needed. Helped us negotiate a strong deal for our property and stayed in touch after closing with several local contacts for services we needed. 100% recommend.

Mike was a pivotal part of making my first investment property a reality! As an out of state investor looking to purchase my first property, I knew finding the right local agent was key. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He provided plenty of different listings based on the types of properties I was interested in, insights on locations within the market, referred me to other professionals, provided guidance throughout the negotiation and closing process and made multiple visits to the property. He really gave me the confidence I needed to take action on my investment journey. He has continued to be a resource since the purchase as well. As I look to scale, I will certainly look to work with Mike again!

My husband and I just worked with Mike on the purchase of a short-term vacation rental condo that was at least a year in the making. He was patient, knowledgeable and accessible throughout the entire process. From the very first phone call, all the way through closing, and even beyond he has been a great resource. Mike was the perfect agent pick for us. He listened to our needs and was very accommodating. His communication was on top of it. He responded quickly and thoroughly. He showed us lots of great places but always was honest with his feedback on each. We purchased from a distance and he was very helpful in many ways to make that process smooth. Highly recommend!

First timer buying a beach front condo out of state and with questions about how the overall process works such as general location/market trends and what's included in the HOA- Mike had every questioned covered with a very quick and professional response time. The entire process was very smooth and efficient due to Mike's expertise and access to outside resources such as contractors, cleaners and even photographers. I am extremely grateful with the service Mike provided and highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy a property and cannot wait to work with him again on the next one!

Mike was amazing! Highly recommended, I am a licensed SC realtor and used mike to help me find the perfect investment property for me. He understood the ins and outs of the property and my goals, and found me the right one. He sent me recommended lenders and property managers, inspectors, and knew all the people who I needed to talk to at the HOA and current property management. I can't recommend him enough, having that local knowledge was Key to a successful transaction and a very easy closing!
