Mike is extremely easy to work with. He has an in-depth knowledge of standard real estate practices, and he is very good at problem solving. He provided us many options to satisfy our goals, and he is resourceful when recommending solutions. Mike is a great communicator and responds to all questions quickly. If we were buying our new house again, we would go to Mike for his help.

Mike was very responsive and accommodating especially since we were out of town buyers. We appreciated all that he did to help us through the process and provide us with recommendations. Mike is great and easy to work with. Has a lot of knowledge of the area, and does a great job to help you get the ball rolling. He works hard for you and your real estate goals. He never pushes you in any direction but will give guidance based on his experiences and if he doesn’t know the answer will find it for you. Will happily work with again. I’d give more stars if possible

I connected with Mike here on Bigger Pockets and couldn't have been more pleased with his service over the last few months as I secured a condo for a short term rental investment. From our first call - he consulted me, offered me advice based on his expertise and guided me on many topics such as the market, negotiation, property management, deal analysis, etc. As a beginner investor , I frankly could not have pulled this off without Mike's help! His communication was top notch throughout and for someone like me who engages frequently, he always responded timely and never made it seem like I was a bother. I couldn't recommend him enough and look forward to working with Mike in the future. 5 stars!
